1. Preheat oven to 350 deg and place greased cast iron pan in oven while preheating
2. Sift together flour cornmeal baking powder and salt.
3. Combined half and half, eggs, butter and sugar
4. Add liquid to dry ingredients and mix until dry ingredients are all moistened, then fold in the corn.
5. Remove cast iron pan fro oven and pour mixture into pan and place in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until a knife or toothpick comes oout clean and the cornbread comes away from the edge of the pan let cool in pan.
