Mexican Egg Bake

6  6inch yellow corn tortillas
1 LB Chorizo 
12 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup milk
8oz shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup onion chopped fine
1/2 cup bell pepper chopped fine
1 4oz can chopped green chillies drained
 
Directions:
 
Preheat oven to 375 deg
cook Chorizo
grease 9x13 pan and layer tortillas in bottom of pan so the edges overlap.
scramble eggs and add all ingredients and mix then pour into pan
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until eggs are set
