½ cup sugar
1 envelope knox gelatin
1 cup boiling water
2 8oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1 ready to use graham cracker crust
Combine sugar and gelatin in med bowl add boiling water; stir 5 min or until dissolved.
Beat cream cheese, vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually beat in gelatin mixture,
Refrigerate 45 minutes or until thick stir every 15 minutes. Pour into crust, refrigerate 3 hours.
