3 Cups chickpeas or garbanzo beans
1/3 Cup Tahini paste
1/4 Cup Lemon juice
1/4 Cup reserve juice
3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Cumin
3 Large cloves fresh Garlic
Directions: Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
Serve with Pita bread and fresh veggies
