For 3 cups of gravy
3TBS butter
5TBS flour
2 cups liquid
1 cup millk
1TBS McKays chicken seasoning for chicken gravy
1TBS McKays beef seasoning for beef gravy
kitchen banquet for roast beef gravy (optional)
Yellow food coloring (optional)
The liquid is 2 cups of broth from you entree or just plain water.
Melt butter in pan and add flour and seasoning, stir until mixed, then add liquid and stir on high heat until thick and boiling add kitchen banquet or yellow food coloring and stir. Remove from heat and serve.
