1 LB ground lamb
½ small onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1 ½ tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp dried thyme
1 TBS virgin olive oil
Directions: combine all but oil and form 6 patties. Heat oil in pan and fry about 3 minutes per side till no linger pink.
